1. Model: KGBS-2500A/60V
2. Application: FZ/CZ monocrystalline silicon growth furnace
3. Technical features:
1) DC power equipment is configured three-phase bridge rectifier.
2) High accurate temperature control is realized through high precision digital control to power;
3) Open loop/closed-loop, constant voltage/constant current, local control/remote control can be changed automatically, current limit, voltage limit, over-current, over-voltage, overheating, phase missed protection, grounding detection are available.
4) High-speed DSP controller realizes high performance digital control. Phase angle control accuracy reaches 0.007 degrees. Starting phase angle is adjustable over 0-360 degrees.
5) Equipped with RS232, RS485, RS422 and CAN communication interface for data communications.
6) For EMC(Electromagnetic compatibility), not only hardware method but also anti-interference software are applied according to specific application.
7) Fiber optic trigger channel is applied to realize high voltage isolation and improve trigger signal's anti-jamming ability.
