Chunshu′s main products is IGBT switching rectifier and thyristor based rectifier used for plating, anodizing, electrolysis, metal finishing, electro machining, water treatment, silicon growth, sapphire, inductive heating and military etc. special applications, with high efficiency, energy saving, high reliablity, small size, light weight etc. strong points. DC rated current from 200A to 30000A, voltage from 6V to 1000V. input voltage could be 220V, 380V, 415V, 440V, 480V etc. We manufactured 63MW heating power system for airspace experiment, best power system supplier for polysilicon production and sapphire growth.
The company has strong R&D ability, have about 100 engineers, approved more than 10 patents and software copyrights, have Beijing Municipal class technical center, post doctoral program station, innovation studio, Joint Research Institute with Beijing Jiaotong University, is partner of Tsinghua University and Xi′an University of Technology. The Chief Engineer is doctor degree for power electronics, professor, was invited by Premier Wen Jiaobao for a meeting as one of 10 representatives, is approved more than 20 patents. Have 3000 square meters of anti-static rectifier workshop, with the capacity of 300 million turnover output. We conduct strict qualily control, holding ISO9001: 2008 and military standard quality certificate, have full load testing ability, each product pass all testing before shipment.
The rectifiers are widely recognized by Chinese and worldwide customers. We supplied good quality for JFE steel and FUJIFILM of Japan, Dongbu Solar of South Korea.
