Specifications
We supplied FUJI Film of Japan, JUNG DO CHEMICAL of South Korea and domestic large quantity of presensitized plate power system.
1. The presensitized plate superficial treatment power system is composed of electrolytic power system and oxidizing power system.
2. Electrolytic power system output AC voltage presensitized plates require, normally sine wave or square wave, precision of steady current is ± 1%, the output is 20V-50V rated voltage and 500A-10000A rated current.
3. The oxidizing power system converts the three phase AC voltage to DC voltage presensitized plates require, normally output 6 or 12 pulse wave. The rated ourput voltage is 20-80V, rated current is 500A-10000A, the precision of steady current is ± 1%. The power system have excellent performance on power factor, output ripple, efficiency.
4. Both electrolytic power system and oxidizing power system have high reliability, the control mode adopts PLC, IPC, dynamic software to realize remote control, remote display, remote measure and remote communication functions.
